I'm kinda disappointed that there isn't gonna be a stronger reaction when the reason behind MuCheng's departure 6 years ago is revealed. FDR seems to be able to see the tangle between MC and GX. She came to MC's house and saw for the first time MC's life in Hua Tian Village. She seems to see her past in MC, the forever strong single mother that never bows to reality and felt very touched. She said "Sorry" to MC which helps to remove the "gap" between her and MC. The gap that used to exist has now been filled with understanding and agreement because both of them have used different methods to show their love for their child.

Another thing...
According to a promotion teaser for the drama following AC the drama won't air till March. This means that, as far as we know, AC MIGHT air another episode on February 28th. BUT it could also just be the airing of BTS, party or any other kind of entertainment. Nothing's for sure, and the "confirmed" (as confirmed by VanNess) is that AC will only have 20 episodes and since an episode on February 28th would mean 21 episodes, we can hope but I can't guarantee it.

The official ratings are out:

I'm a little sad, the ratings dropped..
Seems like some people really decided not to watch because it was too sad.
I don't wanna seem negative, but unless something major is revealed or some new preview is REALLY exciting, I'm afraid they won't break 10 or 11. Which means we won't see Ady pole dance or VanNess jump from a 10 m diving board..
But I don't want to totally give up yet, good luck AC!

AC Announcement

I want to clarify some facts regarding AC.

1. It seems to be confirmed that Autumn's Concerto will ONLY have 20 episodes.
Source: VanNess said in an interview after they achieved the ratings 8.23 (after episode 18) - that there are two more episodes left, so they should jia you! (Add oil)
We do, however, not know if the final episode will be extended.

2. Episode 20 won't air for another two weeks. This is due to Chinese New Year next Sunday (the 14th).
So tune in on Sunday (the 21st) instead.

Unfortunately we have to wait another two weeks to see whether or not GX, MC and XL's last stop will be happiness..?

Autumn's Concerto Random Pics

Wow, I'm on a roll today. Perhaps I'm making up for being quiet all week :)

On to the serious stuff:
I read that some fans plan to skip the episode airing tomorrow. I hope they won't go through with it because that would mean a drop in ratings..

I know that GX & MC's relationship is starting to run in circles with misunderstanding upon misunderstanding to tear them apart - and I even agree with that! BUT.. I think we need to remember that it's a drama. Without twists, turns, misunderstandings there would be no story.
I'm slightly disappointed in the turn the drama has taken, but I wouldn't miss the episode for the world. I think GX might find out why MC left him 6 years ago, and it might even be his own mother telling him..! There's photo-proof that GX is in Hua Tian Village, I assume to help TY with his court case. Which means:
1. GX has forgiven MC and decide to help TY.
2. GX sees that TY only got into trouble because he tried to save CX - thus no connection to MC.
3. The drama has surprised me before, there are many other options ;)

Anyways, what I wanted to say was just, there are presumably 2 more episodes left, don't abandon the drama towards the ending :) Besides, I'm confident that the misunderstandings will be cleared up and HOPEFULLY we get to see some real Ren family interactions.

I decided to post some pictures just to cheer people up and remind them of how much we all love GX, MC and XL's interaction and their undeniable chemistry XD

VanNess & Xiao Xiao Bin - off screen interaction

There has been a lot of clips lately where XXB and VanNess showed off their amazing chemistry off-screen :)
They look like they have a great relationship even when they're not filming AC.

xingandxx@youtube made a video with all the clips from an award show hosted by MSN (I think?) where both VanNess and Xiao Xiao Bin won for their excellent performance in AC!
The "father" and "son" are über cute together and its nearly perfect, we're just missing mommy (i.e. Ady An) ;)

- Mandarin reporter asks: "Are you happy to see daddy GuangXi today?" XXB replies: "Yes"
- XXB is playing Bianca Bai's son in a new drama, but they don't seem to hit it off as well. So Bianca Bai asked VanNess how he did it.

I love how VanNess is interacting with his fans.
He's also using alternative means to promote AC, his album and his news (which lets face it, a person in showbiz needs to do).
He tweets several times a day and he linked to both SUBlimes' YT channel for English Subs to Autumn's Concerto and about 9 hours ago he also linked to Gar0922's YT account because s/he uploaded a newsclip regarding VanNess :)

The clip is about VanNess changing his life by believing in God, I think. He said something about March 2008 - I think that's where he really started believing in God and where God became a part of his life.
