I thought I'd share some of the pictures I took from Lyon, France.
Picture one: A mur peint - a big 3-dimensional painting on a wall, that tries to "fool your eye" you look at it and think that it's real, but in reality it's merely a painting. This is one of the biggest ones in Lyon called ”Le Mur des Canuts”
This is the Eiffel Tower in Lyon. It's much smaller than the real and famous one in Paris, France. But it actually looks taller, because the tower can be found on top of a hill. It was NOT built by Mr. Eiffel. Today because it's so tall, it's being used as a TV-satellite.
The roman theatre in Lyon, France. Often used for festivals etc.
So, I've been MIA for about two weeks. I was supposed to have cut a video on Hebe's Ai Lai Guo in BF, but I just haven't had the time. Apparently, being on a study trip for less than a week causes flips from the teachers - "you just missed a whole week of school". So I've been trying to do homework, although I don't feel as if I've done a whole lot. My list is still quite long and I don't have many days left. The thing is, time has been flying and I've been doing hundreds of other things than what I should have been doing.. I know, shame on me. But to be honest, this is Easter Break, how could I possibly only do homework? So as a result of my laziness, I can sit and do homework for the remaining two days. Imagine the enthusiasm in my tone.
So enough babbling, I will try to cut that video ASAP, but it might not be that soon anyway. I've been watching Ying Ye 3 Jia 1, interesting enough to begin with, but the writers or director must have had some bad days when writing the episodes 10-14, they were horribly badly written and not even MingEn (Ming Dao & Qian En)'s impeccable chemistry could save that. I'm serious, it was such a mistake to bring the D.K. character into the story, as if it wasn't complicated enough. - Near death experiences, lost guns, criminal people on the run, triangles simply weren't enough. They had to break the first triangle just to form another, great work really! But besides that, I have to admit that I have now become a MingEn fan.
So, to support my latest favourite couple I've embedded their duet from Ying Ye 3+1. The song is fine, definitely not my favourite, but it's alright. I like the MingEn interaction though. Song name: Zai Ci Xiang Xin (Believe again) by Ming Dao & Qian En
I'm back from a wonderful trip to Lyon, France. I was totally sceptic and stuff, but I was truly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I could mention a lot of things that I wasn't entirely satisfied with, but I can also mention things that exceeded my expectations. Whatever happens, I know I should be looking at the positive sides, which I am doing right now. Therefore, I'm happy to say that it went really well, despite all sorts of ups and downs, I will look back at this trip and know for sure that I enjoyed it! ;)
I was so pleasantly surprised that I might even go again some day. Enough taking about that though, I could go on for hours, but instead I will upload some pictures that I took. Not today, considering the fact that I am supposed to do my homework, and I am still suffering from some kind of fatigue. I suppose it's some kind of jetlag, except it doesn't really make sense, since there's no time difference between France and DK. But it might be a change of environment.
The last episode of Bull Fighting aired today. I was happy and sad at the same time, I really enjoyed watching it. Now I won't have this drama to look forward to. Although I think I'll watch "Fated to Love You" starring Ethan Ruan and Chen Qiao En which will replace BF. But who knows whether it will be just as good as BF. I have to admit though, the ending was slightly disappointing. No kiss, only hugs. But Sheng Xue and Ruo He did get engaged, I guess that sort of makes up for the lost kisses, but still. I will embed the final episode later. Maybe tomorrow, cause it's despite my disappointment, a must see!

I've ripped another version of "Ai Lai Guo". This one is similar to the one I ripped at first, only longer with Ella and Selina singing later on as well. Basically it's the whole song from episode 14. It's a request from someone at AF. Please note that there're dialogues in the background.
I'm planning on writing a fanfiction on my latest fanvideo starring Hebe and Mike. I have actually begun writing it, but it will probably take a while. I'm bringing a note book with me to France, but the chances of me actually using it are pretty slim. However, I'll figure something out. I hope to post it before Easter or at least during Easter break, but we'll see. In the meantime enjoy episode 16 tomorrow, and the lovely picture of MeBe :) The scene is really sweet.
Side track, Lydia Shum Tin-Ha was burried in Cananda Wednesday March 27 at approx. 10 AM (Canadian Time). Lydia was laid to rest beside her parents in Forest Lawn cemetery in Burnaby, a suburb of Vancouver. Despite it being a private funeral, it still attracted a lot of reporters especially from HK. May she rest in peace, she was and will still be a memorable person for people all over the globe.

Okay, so despite some bad news yesterday on our study trip to Lyon on Tuesday, I will have to remain optimistic and have some fun. I look forward to it again, so what if situations didn't turn out as I wanted them to, I've been looking forward to this trip for the past 8 months. Besides the trip was rather pricy, so it better be good! I'm attaching a picture of a "Mur Peint" which is basically a wall of a building with a two-dimensional painting that is supposed to "fool your eyes". It looks pretty real, huh?
