Song of the Day - Raymond Lam ft Charlene & Hurts

Actually make that two songs :)
I thought I'd share two songs in different languages to get some variation.

PS: Cerulean, if you're still reading - they might be interesting for you ;)
I finally replied to the comment you left ages ago.. Sorry for the massive delay.

The songs:

Song # 1:
Have Always Been Here by Raymond Lam & Charlene Choi.

Download it here

A nice duet, IMO. The MV is a little odd, but I quite like the song. Been listening to it for months now. I'm still amazed by the fact that I haven't grown tired of it yet.

Song # 2:
Stay by Hurts

Download it here

I'm still secretly laughing at the band's name "Hurts". At first I thought that was the song's title, but no.. The band is called "Hurts". Nice song my sister heard on Vampire Diaries and passed onto me. :)

What do you think? - And what are you listening to?

Well hey there! Thought you had forgotten all about me, hahah.

First song's kinda mehhy; it's alright, but it's like it's going for a whimsy feeling but too heavy a bit breaks that. I dunno, that's what I thought anyway, hahah.

Ooooh, the second song's pretty cool. :D It's a little weird with those lower notes, but I like the feel of the song. ^_^ And hahah, yes, they do have a funny name. x)

Well, since we're ditching our convo on the other post, I won't reply there.

As for what I'm listening to, hmm. Sorry you didn't like my quieter music; lemme see if I can find more upbeat songs--

R&B/Hip Hopish:

Hope you like 'em! ^_^

Your turn. :D

Haha.. I forgot, you're not into duets are you?
Yeah the, "dadadadada" is kinda annoying. I really had to get used to it in the beginning, I was like, "what you ran out of lyrics?". ^_^

Se7en - I'm Going Crazy: I really like the beat and the song for that matter :) Don't understand the lyrics though.. I usually wanna know what they sing, but in this case, it's very pleasant on its own ^_^ That one goes straight to my playlist.

JYJ - Pierrot: Not bad, but not as good as the song above ;)

B1A4 - OK: LOL, love the dance more than the song :) But yeah, the song is a little too much bubblegum for me. xD

Lee Seung Gi: Too pop-ish. :)

OMG, Erika! I remember her from Taiyo no Uta, before she became all "scandalous" and married a man some 20 years older than her.
The songs weren't my style though, the first sounded a bit like noise in my ears... But loved her performance in One Litre of Tears :)

I don't mind JJ Lin. His voice is rather unique, but this particular song wasn't really me either.

The song by Anthony is not bad, the frequent small breaks are a wee-bit annoying though.
But love the chorus :)

Dang, I can't keep up when you post so many songs! ^_^ Here goes:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p87C1XqYfYU (Speaking of unique voices, I can never figure out if Angela is hoarse or if I don't mind it. But this is from my current favourite drama, and my favourite character ^_^ that smile melts me everytime!)

For some reason I suddenly started listening to classic Chinese songs:

Something different?

Hahah, no, I don't really like duets for some reason. Hahah, I know! I hate it when it's like "lalalalala" in song lyrics; it shows their un-creativity. :P

Erika's an actress? And she had a scandal? Lol, I didn't know that; I just like her songs. x)

Yeah, JJ Lin's voice is kinda different, but I really like it. :D

Happy Sadness Day MV--I really like the song, except I hate her voice. >.< I don't know what it is about it, but it just irritates me so much--maybe it's because it sounds like she's straining to sound cutesy? Or because her voice makes me think of a pretty but empty-headed drama queen. Meh. And the MV didn't make much sense, lol.

葉蒨文 - 曾經心痛--Hahahah, really hardcore classic Chinese music just makes me laugh. XD She has a nice voice, but it reminds me of something you'd hear at a cheap bar, lol.

葉倩文 - 傷逝--Ooh, I really like this one. :D Nice melody, nice voice, nice overall. ^_^ Do you understand Cantonese?

孫燕姿 - 世說心語--Ooooh, I like this one too! :D It's cool how it's kinda like a classic Asian ballad, but it has a bit of R&Bishness in the instrumental. ^_^

Italobrothers - Love Is On Fire--Catchy music, okay melody, the guy's voice/way of singing is kinda mehhy, and the lyrics are kinda blah, hahah.

点燃激情 传递梦想--I don't really like these type of collaborations with a bunch of singers; the only one I thought was okay was 北京歡迎你. But besides the music, YAY LEEHOM!! He has awesome hair. :D

Adam Lambert - What Do You Want From Me--The song itself is okay, but I dislike the singer because of his lifestyle.

天后 - 陈势安--I don't think I showed you this song; I like it. ^_^

一切為了愛--Yay, Autumn's Concerto!!! :D I actually didn't like this song, though; to me it just kinda sounds like an older guy trying a little too hard to sound cool to a younger crowd, hahah. Victor Wang is awesome, though. ^_^

"精英 主題曲《掩飾》郭晉安、鄧健泓主唱"--Hahah, do you listen to a lot of Cantopop? ^_^ The song's okay, but I think the tv show in the video is more interesting, hahah.

Store drømme - Mine øjne de skal se--Hahah, uhh, is this...German? No, it's not guttural enough...Danish? ^_^ It's okay; a little weird, hahah. How'd you find it?

Et andet liv - Anna David--This is much better; she has a nice voice, and I like the melody. ^_^

Okay, my turn. :D Theme of this post: White people singing in English! Hahah. ^_^

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh6Oz-L156c (The lyrics don't make any sense, but who cares! *starts randomly singing* WHOA-OH-OH-OH, GIRL'S GOTTA LOVE LIKE WHOA...)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uBrs6phrHo

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WR5w-SwvSz4

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajkSb3M2UJU (such a random dorky song; I love it. :D)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HH7WXlf9WLk

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ba1UFP186F8

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRz4FY0ZcwI (I love this guy. Period. ^_^)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Edwsf-8F3sI&feature=related (Hahah, it's like this song should be really cheesy but it just ends up being completely epic. XD)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WotyAHddWZ4

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtgMSidl1zU

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IvD_mNwpxAk (more teenybopper Disney music, hahah)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lU_V_zzEm4s

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NTLTQKH8yM

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8i4YOQioDCE (Amazing singer + awesome instrumentals = Cerulean love XD)

Enjoy! ^_^

LOL, yep. Erika is an actress, she married this man who was some 20 years older than her, disappeared for a while, then came back and announced a divorce, I think.

Which empty-headed drama queen? :) I'm grown to really like the song, despite my reservations towards Angela's voice. I think it's tolerable most of the time ;)

Cheap bar?! :-O I remember the classic songs from my childhood, my parents usually listen to something like that ^_^ so it gives me no associations to cheap bars.

Yep, I understand most Cantonese. :) Of course not technical terms or more sophisticated sentences, but I watch Cantonese series regularly and understand most of it :) Reading & writing however, is an entirely different story. Do you understand Cantonese?

I'm glad you like Stefanie Sun's song. I'm a big fan myself ^_^
Her songs are usually rather unique.

Hahahaha, you never cease to amaze me with your "hair-talk". :D Are you a fan of Leehom?

Lifestyle? What lifestyle? I had no idea Adam Lambert had a particular lifestyle..

LOL, yeah I guess. Cantopop isn't anything incredible in terms of the actual music, but it's pretty nice sometimes :) The show is actually quite good. Has a great mixture of romance and action. They deal with a number of issues, which are quite interesting. It's called The Threshold of a Persona. If you're familiar with TVB stars, you will see Roger Kwok, Yoyo Mung, Claire Yiu, Patrick Tang, Ben Wong etc. in it :)

LOL, "guttural".. :) But you're absolutely right, it is Danish. Nice work! Are you good with languages?

The Ready Set: You're right, the lyrics make absolutely no sense.. xD

More Than Alive: The melody is quite good, but the repetition of "slow, slow" and a bunch of other words started bugging me :)

Another The Ready Set: Not really my taste either, what genre would you call that? :)

Brooke Fraser: Too much ahhhh, ahhh, ahh, do, do, do. Although the melody is kinda dorky in a good way ;) It has this cowboy vibe.

Christina Perri: Reminds me a bit of Avril Lavigne, but overall a very nice song :) I usually like this type of music ^_^

Goo Goo Dolls: Somehow I find the vocals too weak for the music. And the lyrics are kinda weird..

Five For Fighting: OMG, spot on! I love this song, knew it already. But I don't mind listening to it over and over again. :D

Michael Bublé: LOL, the name is hilarious! :D But you're first comment is correct, CHEESY. ;)

Jack's Mannequin: Love the melody, nice song! :)

Lights: Very nice song. Quite unique voice too :)

Drew Ryan Scott: Haha, sounds like the Jonas brothers ;) But it's cute.

KT Tunstall: I think I have this song :) Always loved her voice!

One Republic: Pretty nice song, but I've heard better from this band :)

SecondHand Serenade: I LIKE! :D Absolutely adore the melody!

Lol, any empty-headed drama queen—like 癡心 in AC, or Lindsey Lohan or something, hahah.

Ooh—okay, sorry if I offended you. Cheap bars are just what I tend to associate old school style Chinese music with, even though I know that’s not always the case, hahah.

So you speak three languages? I know a very, very little Cantonese, but it’s not my mother tongue. Once in a while I like a good HK film, though, like Ip Man or Infernal Affairs—I love those movies so much. :D

Hahah, what, is it that surprising to appreciate good hair on guys? XD Yess, I love Leehom! :D He’s really talented, and genuinely seems like a quieter, nice, laidback kind of guy (albeit a genius, hahah). Plus he has nice hair, though I preferred it back in the day when he had it longer (http://www.asianbite.com/photos/lee-hom-wang/wang-leehom-alexander_13667.jpg).

Well, Adam Lambert is very open about his homosexuality, and I believe that kind of lifestyle to be wrong. That fact taints his catchy songs and good voice for me, so I can’t really enjoy them.

Personally, I don’t really like Cantopop; it’s too slow and overdramatic for me, hahah. “The Threshold of a Persona”? Hmm, maybe I’ll have to check that one out too sometime. ^_^ I don’t watch TVB, so I don’t really know who those actors are—ask me about Korean actors instead, hahah. XD

Ooh, okay. ^_^ Yeah, Danish sounds kind of like muffled English, hahah. Umm, I’m not too good with languages, even though I think they’re interesting. Are you?

The Ready Set: Hahah, yeah, the lyrics don’t normally make sense, but I don’t care. XD I just like the upbeatness and catchy melody. ^_^ Umm, I think it’s kind of in the techno genre? Kinda like Owl City, I guess. You don’t like it? Aw, cause I do....

Christina Perri: It’s a little *too* slow for my taste, but I still like it—her raspy kind of voice is cool. ^_^

Goo Goo Dolls: Hahah, yeah, I actually thought the vocals were kinda weak, too. I don’t get the lyrics either, but again, I listen to music for the music. As long as the lyrics aren’t full of obscenities or kinda disturbing, then I pretty much don’t care what they’re saying, hahah.

Five For Fighting: Yay! :D I love that guy. ^_^ I actually don’t know that many songs by him, though. :( I need to go through his discography sometime….

Michael Buble: His name’s not *that* funny; it’s cool! Well, I think so anyway, hahah.

Jack’s Mannequin: Glad you liked it! Here’s a couple more by him:

Lights: Yeah, she’s cool. ^_^ Here are a few more of her songs, if you’re interested:

Drew Ryan Scott: Hahah, I know, he does sound like the Jonas Brothers! His kind of voice kinda bugs me, but I like the melody of the song.

SecondHand Serenade: Yay! :D I love him too; he’s really awesome. ^_^ Here’s a couple mo…Oh, I’ll show you some other time. I can tell this post is going to be really long anyway, hahah.

store drømme - Mit øjeblik--Mehh, too slow.....do you know if she has any other songs like Et andet liv?

唐禹哲 - 愛我--Hey, it’s 禹哲! He’s an okay actor, but I like his singing better. ^_^ He’s one of those people that do everything (modeling, acting, singing, etc.), except he’s not that great at all of them, hahah. Plus he also tries too hard to look cool, which bugs me. I normally really like his hair, except in the MV it’s too long—when it’s just a little shorter, it looks really good (like this: http://img.mydramalist.info/people/379.jpg) Oh, yeah, and about the song—it’s pretty good. ^_^ Kinda standard Mandarin pop stuff, but I like that. ^_^

Cerulean said...

Eliane Elias – Running--Kinda....weird, and boring. Not my style, sorry.

楊千華 - 甘願為您--It’s okay; not that great.

Denise Ho - Love with No Regret--This is a little better, but I kinda don’t like it when rock instruments are used when it doesn’t fit with the singer’s voice; it’s kinda weird (like Justin Bieber singing opera, or Leehom Wang singing screamo—it just doesn’t fit, hahah).

KT Tunstall - Other Side of the World--Nice song; I like it. =)

Brad Paisley; Alison Krauss – Whiskey Lullaby--The song itself is sort of boring, but it’s okay. I knew what was going to happen in the music video like after the first thirty seconds, hahah, cause it’s like standard Korean music video trope. XD

Shayne Ward – No Promises--It’s kinda catchy, but it’s rather repetitive, and I don’t like the guy’s voice.

Avril Lavigne – Nobody’s Home--Avril has a nice voice, but in general I don’t like harder stuff like that if it’s not happy, like this kind of depressing/angry sound. Sad music video, too. :(

张韶涵 - 真的—Okay song, but I liked the music video more, hahah. 韶涵 reminds me kind of a doll; she’s so skinny and her eyes are so big it’s kinda freaky. o_O I want to know who the piano-playing guy is; he has cool hair. XD

Alana Grace – Black Roses Red--It’s a little hard and repetitive for my taste, but I still like it. ^_^

Kim Yeo Hee - 나의 노래--Hey, it’s Yeo Hee!! :D How did you find out about her? I love this artist, and song. ^_^

Jason Walker - Down--Ooh, awesome! :D This is the exact type of stuff I really love. ^_^ Thanks for sharing!

Hahah, are you a Justin Bieber hater? Personally I don’t like him, but he's not worth hating, hahah.

Mkay, my turn. Theme for this post—Asians singing in English! Hahah, though even in English some of the lyrics make about as much sense as Danish. XD

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtRsDYpCS3Q

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwXz_AZyIOA (I love this guy's voice ^_^)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xy8jdBSwAto&feature=related

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eivjMgWu3JA&feature=relmfu (I love the song, and the music video is awesome. :D)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DzPetEzG_n0 (Whoo for Asian cover artists! ^_^)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AE_MK3Fl97s

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ae1uVlxKPY (She's half Japanese, so she counts, lol.)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdG7BXGK_Zg

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDxBRnht5Kk

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KgBQvfm1YPM&feature=related (She looks kinda awkward in the MV, hahah.)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbiZ4tdGFBc

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhT2HhEllpw (Filipinos count as Asians too! Lol. Charice has an amazing voice. ^_^)

Enjoy!

LOL, no you didn't offend me. I was merely surprised, because the association was so different from my own :)

I speak Danish, English, Cantonese, French, Teo Chew (another Chinese dialect) and a bit of Mandarin. - Although not all of them are fluent. For instance, I can't read or write Chinese. What about you? I have this feeling you must understand a least a bit of Korean? ^_^

Uhhh.. I like Infernal Affairs too. Quite interesting. Haven't watched Ip Man though.

No, but your "appreciation" for good hair seems to dictate your opinion of their entire looks xD
I do agree on Leehom though, he seems like a talented and down to earth type of guy.

Oh, I see. I had no idea Adam Lambert was gay. How come you think that type of lifestyle is wrong? Personally I have nothing against homosexuality, I think it's a choice people have the right to make. But I will admit, seeing two guys holding hands for instance, will probably never be as natural as a man and a woman holding hands, in my opinion.

Haha, well we differ in this area. I grew up with TVB. At least until the recently (last 1-2 years). I find the quality of their series deteriorating.

I love languages, can't say I'm particularly good at them. The school system in my country just try to teach us two additional languages, so it wasn't a choice. Although, I do not mind studying languages, I find it kinda fascinating. :)

Funny you mentioned Owl City, I actually like some of their songs, even though that type of music is usually not my style.

Hmm.. Blogspot might have cut off some of your links. Can't see the links you provided for Lights or Jack's Mannequin.

Hmm.. Anna David (the one who sang "Et Andet Liv") has one more song that actually made her popular in the first place, but I doubt you'd like it. The lyrics aren't all that great, contains a lot of hatred and swearing..

LOL, agree. Danson Tang has tried a bit of everything, and I'm not particularly impressed by any of it. Occasionally, he may surprise me though :)

I forgot to ask, what is your opinion on Jay Chou then? He's a bit similar to Leehom, except he seems very much like a perfectionist and a lot more of an introvert than Leehom. But I'm impressed by his talent in terms of music.

What's wrong with Shayne Ward's voice? Too weak? :)

Haha, yeah. Avril Lavigne is almost reserved for slightly emo, depressing teenagers. But I do enjoy listening to her songs once a in a while.

You really aren't a fan of Angela, huh? :) I like that song quite a lot, but I do agree that her facial construction is a bit off. I don't know who the piano-playing guy is though, sorry ;)

I think I found out about Yeo Hee through another blogger, Tamara Ko - if you know her? She once posted that song and I found it quite catchy. :) Can you recommend anything else from her?

Well, hater is probably a bit too strong. Don't really know him well enough to hate him, he's just annoying. His fans are too.

Taeyang: Enjoyed the melody a lot, the song itself wasn't really anything special.

Hmm.. You love David Choi's voice? I think it's a bit weak, as if he has something stuck in his throat.. - Did I just say that out loud? xD

Ok, maybe it was just that one song. (The first one).

David Choi - Won't Even Start. Not that great, perhaps I found it a bit boring, but the girl looked familiar..?

David Choi - That Girl, again not my favourite. But yeah the MV is pretty cool.

OMG, I actually loved that cover/remix xD I really like Nelly's version, but this one is cool too! Thanks for sharing :)

Mack91 said...

How come I've never heard of this guy before..? I quite like Jason Chen's voice. His version of "Love The Way You Lie" is great too. The original Eminem & Rihanna version is a bit too much rap and harsh for my taste. Eminem's lyrics always contain a bit more swearing than most others.

Marie Digby - I "dig it" ;) Very nice beat and great, stable voice.
Preferred "Shoulda Been Simple" over "Abalanche" and "Symphony".

Marie Digby - Feel, a bit too repetitive with her screaming "feel" constantly, but I like her style and she's quite pretty. She's half Japanese, what's the other half?

Brian Joo - Domino, I like the beat and the song is not bad. :)

Charice - Pyramid, nice song! She sounds familiar though. But I agree, a powerful and amazing voice. At first it sounds like any other, but if you listen closely it's slightly different and makes it more unique :)

Ack, sorry this is so late; I’ve been on an extended vacation. Anyway....

Wow, six different languages? Quite the linguist, aren’t you? ^_^ Hahah, I only know a very, very little Korean (from what I’ve picked up watching Kdramas. XD Best way to learn a language there is!).

Yeah, Infernal Affairs was awesome but the American remake, the Departed, looks a lot dirtier. You should watch Ip Man! If you like kung fu, anyway. If you’re not into that stuff then you’ll probably be bored to tears, hahah.

That’s true; my opinion of a guy’s entire looks rests heavily with his hair. XD Maybe because it’s the extreme lack of guys with nice hair where I live…. :P
I believe that homosexuality is wrong because it’s not how intimate human relationships are supposed to work. A male body isn’t meant for another male, it’s meant for a female—grade school anatomy will teach you that. Homosexuality goes against the natural order of things, and though many argue it’s “not hurting anybody,” it actually does—the people practicing it themselves. Homosexuals are very often affected with AIDS, various STDs, breast cancer, syphilis, Chlamydia, and a host of harmful parasites, bacteria, and diseases. Besides the obvious physical harm homosexuality causes, it also degrades society severely. But what about pro-gray arguments? I’ll respond to three main ones. One of these is “I was born this way.” If some people are born homosexual, then does that mean that some people are born murderers and rapists? Even if that were true, does that then mean that they absolutely have to give in to their “natural” urges? Does that make their acts acceptable? Absolutely not. Another argument is “It’s my body and my life, I can do what I want with it, you idiot/homophobe/bigot.” (Yes, I have been called those things for my views) Firstly, calling people names is very immature but is unfortunately effective—it immediately paints people who are against homosexuality as the bad guys, as jerks, losers, and stubborn, and makes onlookers turn against them. Secondly, even though yes, it is that person’s body and life, that does not mean he/she can do whatever is wanted—I can’t walk around yelling obscenities at everyone just because I feel like it. It’s very childish to think that what we do with our lives only affects ourselves—our lives influence everyone around us and often even people we don’t see. The third and often strongest argument for homosexuality is “It’s just love, what’s wrong with that?” Love is often seen as a wholly pure, good thing and because it is supposed to make everything acceptable, as is implied in this argument, many people are swayed. But let me ask you something—do you find dendrophilia (the sexual attraction to trees/plants) or necrophilia (the sexual attraction to corpses) acceptable? How about zoophilia (the sexual attraction to animals)? Pedophilia (the sexual attraction to young children)? Or corophilia (sexual pleasure from feces)? Of course not, you would say! Those are abhorrent and revolting! But why? Doesn’t love make everything okay? Doesn’t it make everything acceptable if it doesn’t hurt anybody? No, it does not, because *that is not how human relationships were meant to be*. To think of homosexuality as acceptable is to accept a host of other reprehensible and perverse lifestyles (for another example, polygamy).
In answer to your statement, “I think it’s a choice people have the right to make,” that is true. It is a choice, but I strongly believe that homosexuality is the wrong one.

Aw, too bad about Anna David; I was excited about her. I hate it when that happens; I find a singer with a great voice and style but it turns out he/she swears a lot or does something else that’s bad. I can’t stand swearing….

I don’t know enough about Jay Chou’s music to have formed an opinion, actually. I guess he just never caught my interest enough for me to look up his music (JJ Lin, on the other hand…). Could you recommend some good songs of his? ^_^

Actually, I just looked up a Shayne Ward song again—his voice is fine, hahah. I must’ve been talking about some other singer….

Who’s Tamaro Ko? Here are some more of Yeo Hee’s songs (I really love her voice and style ^_^):

Hahah, I like to think that David Choi’s voice as “soft,” not “weak”. XD It’s a nice, different sound; in my opinion, anyway.
Jason Chen (unfortunately) isn’t that famous yet, but yes, he is really awesome. :D Yeah, I didn’t really like the original “Love the Way You Lie”, either. Eminem’s swearing in his lyrics bugs me, but he is a really good rapper.

Marie Digby is half Japanese and half Irish; interesting mix. ^_^

(I decided to not include the song titles, simply for the fact that I am too lazy. XD)

Yen-J--Hey, it’s that guy! ^_^ I really like his style/voice/melodies, except for the weird wannabe rap and English; keeps me from adding the song to my playlist. :(

Ryan Clahoun—Nice song; I like it. ^_^

James Blunt—Wow, that’s a really cool song; I haven’t heard any of his other works besides “You’re Beautiful.” This song kinda reminds me of “Hey Soul Sister.” ^_^

The Fray—Another artist that I’ve heard one song from (“How to Save a Life”) but never heard anything else from….

Five for Fighting—Wait, didn’t I already post this song? No matter, I like hearing it again. ^_^

Jonas Brothers—Hahah, *embarrassingly ducks head* I actually kinda like this song too. XD Eh, all Disney/teeny bopper songs are that bad. No shame! :D

Christina Aguilera—Meh. Kinda boring, don’t really like the tune or lyrics.

S.H.E.—Hahhahahhah Ella’s hair. XD Reminds me of the embarrassing bowl cuts all little Asian kids get, hahah. As for the song, it’s okay, but not that great.

Skinny—I like the tune and her voice, but the lyrics are kinda weird.

Matthew West—I like this one; it’s a nice, average song. ^_^

Tawgs Salter—I don’t like this guy’s voice as much, and the instrumental’s kinda boring.

My turn. ^_^ I’ve started to really like R&B/Hip-hopish styles lately, (even rapping is growing on me! O_O) so that’ll be the theme for this post. ^_^

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65EpNyiNrJQ (Way better than Lady Gaga ^_^)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fdORPi9c98 (Yeah, their group name is embarrassing and the song has cheesy English lyrics, but it’s catchy :D)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PlsF1wKhuY4 (I like this a lot more than the original “Piano Man” song)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDIE23VlnSs (I don’t care if this is classified as kiddy teeny bopper songs and they’re all minors. I like their music. :P NO SHAME! XD)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zv60r7SINBg (This is sung by a girl but the person who posted the video lowered the pitch to sound like a guy’s, which personally I think sounds much better. Oh, and I love this song. A lot. :D)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6B-1GpGNAE (There isn’t a lot of singing, I know. But I don’t care. XD)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XF3i_9O13I (This is a mash-up of two songs. And it’s awesome. :D It has that kind of gangster/ghetto feel I’m coming to like, but it’s also fast-paced, really catchy, and has very nice melodies and great vocals. It’s kinda my favorite song right now. ^_^)

Enjoy!
