Summer's Desire Announcement

Kris Shen who plays Yin Cheng (Xia Mo's brother) has confirmed that Summer's Desire will have 14 episodes.
He stated that from next week - it will be the final three episodes. Episode 11 just aired so it's 14 episodes in total.
Note: It's still one episode per week - but there are only three weeks left ..

I can't believe SD is coming to an end soon! I've honestly loved this drama..
In a way I want them to finish up fast so I can watch everything - on the other hand I'll totally miss this drama.

uh dun understand.. next week we will have 3 ep at 1 go or we still have 3 more weeks to go?

a bit sad that it was too short (14) but Im also happy that the shorter episodes mean there are no "dragging" plot like some other drama that we know of (autumn concerto ?).

My apologies, I realise now that the post comes off rather confusing.. :)
What I meant was from this week - there will be three episodes left, and one episode will be airing a week. - So that's three weeks left.

Yeah, at least this drama gets straight to the point. No beating around the bush :)

ah thanks for the clarification.

Im quite disappointed with this week's SD (EP11) for the part where LX is supposed to commit suicide .... somehow cutting your own wrist, IMO, have more impact than walking towards a bombed set. Maybe I like the view of the pool of blood on TV :P .

I did think the "suicidal"/accident scene was a bit lame. I wasn't really sure if Luo Xi was doing it on purpose or if he simply had other things on his mind. It was far less dramatic than the descriptive suicide scene in the novel.

In a way I wish they had maintained the original plot regarding the suicide, as it is much more dramatic and could be a bigger challenge for HXM to act out.

On the other hand - the suicide was rather... well, selfish and slightly weak.. And I really want Luo Xi to be strong.. :)
